Welcome to Imagetrix.app ("Imagetrix", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Imagetrix.

1. Service Overview

Imagetrix provides online image-editing tools including (but not limited to) image compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, EXIF removal, watermark addition, AI background removal, and AI watermark removal. Some features are free, while premium AI features require credits.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access premium features, earn daily free credits, or keep your credit balance. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• All activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules or misuse the service.

3. Credits System

Imagetrix operates on a credit-based usage system.

3.1 Monthly Subscription Credits

• Are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle
• Expire at the end of the billing cycle
• Do not roll over to the next month

Unused Monthly Credits are permanently forfeited.

3.2 Purchased Credits (Top-up Credits)

• Purchased credits do not expire unless stated otherwise
• Are used only after Monthly Credits are depleted
• (If you want this feature later, the rule is already prepared.)

3.3 Daily Free Credits

• Are available only after signing in
• Expire in 24 hours and do not accumulate
• Are intended for light usage of premium AI features

Daily Free Credits may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method every billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

4.1 Pricing

Prices may change over time, but you will be notified before any adjustments take effect.

4.2 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds

• Partial months
• Unused credits
• Downgrades
• Account inactivity

Refunds may be granted only under exceptional cases as determined by Imagetrix.

5. Fair Use Policy

• Limit excessive or abusive usage
• Restrict automated or bot-driven actions
• Enforce reasonable request limits

6. User Content

• You own the rights or have permission to use uploaded images
• You grant us a license to process images solely to provide the service
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials you do not own

Imagetrix does not claim ownership of your content.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Use Imagetrix for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse API endpoints
• Attempt to bypass credit or subscription limitations
• Use automated scraping tools or bots

Violation may result in account termination.

8. Service Availability

• Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed
• Error-free processing is not guaranteed
• No data loss is guaranteed

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Imagetrix is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Issues caused by third-party API providers

Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last billing cycle.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Imagetrix means you accept the updated Terms.
